Event hospitality
with boutique camps

For weddings, festivals, brand activations, retreats and communities, anywhere in Mexico.

About us

Event hospitality with a Boutique Camp

We set up our Boutique Camp on ranches and in forests, deserts and beaches across Mexico. Where the day before there was only landscape, your group finds a complete camp: lit bell tents, the social area ready and the campfire burning. And there is always a Yo Épico host to welcome them.

Boutique Camp with warm light in a forest clearing

What your guests will experience

A bell tent that feels like a suite.
Premium canvas, thoughtful interiors, a made bed and warm light to rest in the middle of nature.
Comfort and adventure in the same night.
The forest outside; inside, everything you need to spend the night like at home.
A setting that looks as good as it feels.
Every corner is made for the photo, and your guests leave with a story to tell.
Made for your event.
Activations, launches, weddings, corporate gatherings or private celebrations: the camp adapts to what you need.

The camp, the lighting, the common areas and the on-site team are ours. If restrooms are needed, we coordinate the suppliers for you.

Two ways to work with us

Hospitality for your event

You organize the wedding, the festival, the retreat or the gathering. We bring the hospitality: the camp, the on-site team and the details, so your guests can stay right there when the night is over.

All taken care of

You bring your brand, your message or your community. We handle the overnight stay, the food, the setting and the operation. Your team just focuses on its thing.

Our Zero Trace philosophy

We arrivewith precision. We operatesafely. We pack upwithout a trace.

About us

Yo Épico is run by its two founders. They design every experience, look after every client and, every now and then, you’ll find them by the fire too.

Mónica Planner · Weddings · Huitzilac, Morelos · November 2024 and October 2025

Two weddings, two concepts, one forest

Mónica Planner designed two weddings in a forest in Huitzilac with opposite identities. In both, the Boutique Camp wasn’t a separate service: it was part of the concept.

Organic wedding · November 2024 · 100 guests, 40 at the camp

The camp was the main stage. Everything happened inside that space, and the bell tents framed the celebration from start to finish.

Festival wedding · October 2025 · 100 guests, 60 at the camp

The camp worked as the rest area of a music festival: the party on one side and, a few steps away, the bell tents ready for guests to stay.

The result

Two opposite concepts delivered with the same hospitality: 100 people welcomed at the camp across both weddings.

Design and planning: Mónica Planner (@monicaplanner)

1. Who is responsible for your data

Yo Épico Hospedaje y Experiencias Alternativas, S.A.S., which operates the Yo Épico Outdoor Hospitality brand ("Yo Épico"), with its address at Del Carmen 15, Lomas Verdes 5ta Sección, Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico, ZIP 53126, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

For any privacy matter, write to us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to look after you:

  • Identification and contact details: your name and WhatsApp number, when you message us, fill out the form or share them with Epicmenio.
  • Details about your plan or event: the name of your group, company or brand, the number of people, the dates, the place and what you’d like to experience.
  • Your conversation with Epicmenio: the audio of your voice and the transcript of the conversation, by voice or text, while you talk to him.
  • Technical browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, which the servers log so the site works and stays protected.

On the site we don’t ask for sensitive data, card details or passwords. If an experience requires us to know something about your health or diet, we’ll ask separately, with your express consent and only to look after you during the experience.

Our experiences are for people 18 and over. The site and Epicmenio are aimed at adults.

3. What we use your data for

Primary purposes (needed to look after you):

  • Answering your questions and sharing information about our hospitality, the Boutique Camp and Camp Trips.
  • Putting together and sending you a proposal or quote.
  • Holding your dates, following up and coordinating your experience or event.
  • Following up on your conversation with Epicmenio so the team can help you without you having to repeat yourself.
  • Keeping the site running and secure.

Secondary purposes (you can say no):

  • Sending you news, new seasons and promotions.
  • Reviewing conversations with Epicmenio to improve how he helps.
  • Putting together general statistics about what our visitors ask most.

If you don’t want us to use your data for secondary purposes, write to [email protected] or tell us on WhatsApp at any time. It doesn’t change how we look after you.

4. Epicmenio, our digital concierge

Epicmenio is an AI. He only uses your microphone during the conversation and only with your permission; you can also type to him. He saves the audio and transcript of the conversation so we can follow up. He can make mistakes: quotes, availability, payments and final details are always confirmed by the Yo Épico team.

5. Who we share your data with

We only share your data with providers that help us deliver the service and handle it on our behalf:

  • Voice and AI services that power Epicmenio.
  • Messaging (WhatsApp) and contact management services to communicate with you.
  • Hosting, delivery and security services for the site.

Some of these providers are outside Mexico. We ask them to protect your data and use it only for the purposes in this notice.

To coordinate your experience, we may share only what’s essential with our partners (for example, the place where we set up or the community guides), such as your name and group size. Your data is never sold or rented. We’ll ask for your consent before any other transfer that requires it.

6. Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its use. You can also withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data.

To do so, write to [email protected] with your name and a way to reply to you, an ID (or your representative’s, with their power of attorney) and which right you want to exercise over which data. We reply within 20 business days at most and, if applicable, act on it within the following 15 business days.

If you feel your request wasn’t handled properly, you can go to the personal data protection authority (currently, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).

7. Technologies on the site

The site stores two small pieces of data in your own browser to work better: which link you came from and which home video you’ve already seen. You can delete them in your browser settings. For Epicmenio to work, the site loads a tool from an external provider, which may log your IP address.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep it while we follow up with you or while we have a business relationship, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Then we delete it securely.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we’ll publish the new version on this same page, with its update date.
